% K2 q0 ~( ]6 DWash and cut chicken fillet into 2cm wide strips then marinate with Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine, Cornfstarch and Pepper for at least 30 minutes or more.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside for later used.
