海苔鸡肉饭
[原料]鸡胸肉1块 米半碗 紫菜一片 虾皮1大勺 盐 糖 白醋 油 麻油7p$qnup

[做法]1,鸡肉两面用少许盐码匀腌一会,米放适量水煮成饭;

2,海苔用烤箱烤脆剪小片,糖及白醋按1:1调成糖醋汁备用;

3,锅中放麻油烧热放入虾皮煸至颜色变深变脆;
