牛肉丸烧油菜[11p]
1.所有的食材准备好,青菜放入淘米水里浸泡半个小时后洗干净

2.每颗从中间切开

3.叶片中间也会有残留的灰尘,切开后用水冲洗下

4.牛肉馅撕开包装后放入碗里

5.不用搅散,直接用手捏成丸子,非常方便

6.烧开一锅水,将青菜放进去汆烫好,上海青的片比较厚,汆烫的时候先将白色片放进去稍微烫一下,然后再整个叶片放进去

7.烫上海青的水不要倒掉,将牛肉丸也汆烫好

8.另起油锅,转小火,将汆烫好的牛肉丸倒进去,加入泡菜炒拌酱,轻轻翻炒,至丸子均匀裹上酱汁,关火备用

9.汆烫好的上海青摆盘

10.汆烫好的上海青摆入盘子里,剩余的汁淋在上面即可
