培根芋茸卷

很想做些小吃，又要取材方便和简单好吃，我就想到做这两个小吃。

    材料：培根、紫菜、芋头、虾仁、葱花、鸡蛋清、生粉
    调味料：盐、糖、鸡粉

    做法：
    1、芋头先切块蒸熟、虾仁切粒。
    2、把已蒸熟的芋头压烂。

    3、加入虾仁、葱花、鸡蛋清和调味料捞匀。

    4、培根、紫菜切成一段段，培根沾上生粉包上已捞匀好的芋茸。

    6、用不粘锅煎熟，上碟。
