撸串撸出小资范儿-拾串[25P]
巴蜀美食以麻辣闻名中国，串串就是其中的经典之一，将火锅中各色菜串在竹签上，在红汤锅里涮过之后，配上特制的干碟或油碟，吃起来十分过瘾。
今天品尝的是一家川派串串后起之秀【拾串】，老板用心筹备了2年，不吃辣的我都被她”征服”！

环境是小酒吧夜店风的小资腔调，一改往日串串的市井之气，精致上档次了许多，堪称串串界的“宝马”

锅底的用料决定了串串的味道，因此每一家串串都有自己的独特配方，【拾串】也采用独家配方，店内也用各种香料点缀，诱发食客的味蕾

店内也有十几种精酿啤酒，墙上的空瓶子可不只是装饰哦，店内都可以品尝到呢

餐具摆设都很用心，店内多用竹子元素，暗合串串的原产地四川，营造舒适自然的用餐环境

二楼又是另一种风格，小酒吧的灯光，舒适的沙发椅，“撸串”也瞬间感觉高大上起来

老板还养了两只“英短”，傲娇的妈妈和萌化人的BB，可爱至极

首先登场的是各种“荤菜”，牛肉刺身腌制入味，口感细腻，辣度感人；烤鱼香脆弹牙，鱼骨还可以熬汤煮粉丝哦；鸡中翅强烈推荐，非常入味！竹签猪腰口感滑嫩，一定要趁热吃；牛蛙整只串起来，看起来有点壮观，鸡爪、鱿鱼和脑花也都可圈可点。

素菜也不遑多让，玉米粒很香甜；韭菜有嚼劲；糯米莲藕很脆爽；

最意外的是红油抄手，内馅饱满，非常非常的好吃，汤底都喝光光！

成都的路边小吃非常不错，有些时候单一品种比大饭店还要好的。
