鲜美蟹粥
螃蟹打理干净,去腮斩块;将一杯米加水熬煮至绸绵,放进姜片/螃蟹/料酒熬煮15分钟,加少许盐调味,撒上葱花即可。吃食如喜爱可加白胡椒粉,但原汁原味才显出这锅粥的清甜。]d@+l,I C"X7fk

看起来挺清淡的,难道是广东做法?我在广东吃过牡蛎,金枪鱼的,好清淡好腥,吃不下去,看来不适合我啊
