步骤2:拿出一个鸡蛋

煮熟的牛奶和蛋清7EBP@HDwhHz.X

步骤3:把煮熟的牛奶倒入碗中,把碗放入冷水中冷却,让牛奶表面结一层膜,这就是第一层的奶皮

步骤4:待奶皮结成后,在皮上捅个小洞,缓慢的把牛奶从碗中倒入装有蛋清的碗里,记得千万不要弄破皮(这是难度最高的动作)

步骤5:搅拌蛋清和牛奶,使其搅匀,倒入一至两勺的白糖~![!CD8W0oy6J$vd*y
