1。羊排洗净沥干备用

3。盐和味精食量撒到羊排上,浇上腌好的洋葱多次搅拌均匀,入味。

4。腌好的羊排拉上保鲜膜腌制2个小时,半小时翻转一次。

6。把腌好的羊排摆到烤架上,刷橄榄油,把漏掉的洋葱也都摸到羊排上。i~*o-aM5@e
7。烤箱上下火250度烤40到50分钟放中格(时刻注意,防止烤糊)
