豉汁辣酱酒烹蛤

不知道这种蛤的详细名字,但蛤肉肥嫩饱满,鲜美耐煮,清蒸白灼,酱爆烧汤都很适合。

材料 :蛤一斤左右,葱花,姜/蒜蓉,辣椒片,豉酱/辣酱各一匙,料酒一匙,太白粉水少许。
