自己做的干锅排骨[9P]
早上老妈问,今天吃什么,我夸下海口,说吃排骨嘛,干锅的,我来整!心头打起我的小算盘“今天要切洋盘一伙”!于是乎,我背上包包,笑嘻了跑到超市,整了两斤中排和一袋烧鸡公(我用的金宫的,因为用它家的牛骨烫做的火锅,一点不比外面卖的逊色)!

买完材料,我哼都小曲就回家咯!到家第一件,洗排骨,码味道!料酒、老抽、姜蒜、洋葱、香菜,和都起排骨一起码起,然后就是= = =(原谅我,太激动了,这个时候忘了拍照老),=上个20分钟的样子,开火,放油,油烧到7、8成熟,下排骨t`g1L-r u.`,a.W'J

等排骨炸成金黄色,就可以起锅了,装到盆盆头备用然后炸土豆和藕,这个是根据大家喜好顺便加的,什么菜都可以,也是差不多转黄了就可以了!然后我放了点我家乡的特色材料,叫千张,不晓得有没有同学吃过,外地没有的,只有成都才有,我家老头回去专门带来的,味道很特别,很鲜,就是这玩意儿和着豆腐皮炸,时间不要太长,几分钟就可以了U+|+eLlRv
接下来就是炒料,那是相当香!先整点豆瓣儿,一点就可以了,多了就伤酱了,放烧鸡公一起炒,炒得香喷喷的,然后就把姜蒜、洋葱放下去炒再加点胡椒粉,吃得辣的可以加点干辣椒面,但是一定要小火,很容易糊哈,那叫一个香啊!

最后一步,把之前做好排骨和菜,放到炒好的料里面翻炒,我炒呀炒,我翻呀翻,翻炒得差不多就可以了哈!上个成品,当当当3z+FWsgc

东北这边没这种吃法,炖和炸是两种截然不同的吃法。

炸就是将排骨味好,下锅炸熟,沾芝麻盐就可以吃了,当然要吃什么口味在研制过程中自己调整就可以了,简单吧!东北人嘛!嘿嘿
