[原创]西兰花肉丸[13P+验证1P]
[color=Blue][size=4][color=Purple]去年夏天吃瑞典肉丸吃到吐,以至于一年内再没碰过,现在竟然又有些怀念。昨儿去超市,忍不住买了一盒回来,还是选择了土掉渣的做法,油煎以后配菜:s_3: [/color]

5.开始做芡汁。奶油入锅小火融化,加入淀粉,炒拌均匀

6.加入一小碗之前灼西兰花的水,搅匀,煮至沸腾后小火继续煮1-2分钟,不停搅拌至浓稠。加入胡椒粉,酱油,盐,搅拌均匀。bE hN)R_^X^
