柠檬煎软鸡[5P]
[size=4][color=Indigo]主料:鸡胸肉 辅料:柠檬、鸡蛋 调料:盐、味精、白糖、白醋、料酒、胡椒粉、淀粉
烹制方法:
1、将鸡胸肉改刀切成薄厚均匀的大片,用刀背拍松,加料酒、胡椒粉、盐、味精腌制入味;

2、柠檬汁中加入白糖、白醋、盐、清水调成汁备用;

3、坐锅点火倒油,将鸡肉放入用鸡蛋、淀粉打成的蛋糊中沾匀,煎至两面金黄出锅,
