材料:水磨糯米粉、蓝莓果珍、玉米粉、无糖可可粉、绿茶、水5W

1、将相同量糯米粉分别放入5个容器内;绿茶用料理机反复3次打成细粉;'Se6m#n4Z(Gb[j
2、糯米粉中分别加入各种颜色粉类,拌匀(果珍、可可粉、绿茶粉的量不需太多,因为干粉混合时颜色较淡,但加水揉搓及煮制后颜色会很明显)

3、逐次加水,揉成较硬的面团,分别包上保鲜膜,醒20分钟。即成面皮胚。

<制作汤圆馅>

材料:南瓜、赤豆、椰蓉、肉糜、虾仁、明治卡布奇诺巧克力、淡奶油、黄油、糖粉、酱油、麻油、生姜粉、盐、胡椒粉

1、南瓜去皮,切小块,微波炉大火蒸10分钟,取出后加淡奶油揉成泥,即成奶油南瓜馅;

2、椰蓉中加入融化的黄油、糖份拌匀,揉成团,放冰箱冷藏10分钟定型,即成椰蓉馅;ps.wP+X

3、赤小豆+少量水煮至绵软,关火后加生粉、糖粉拌匀,用料理机打成蓉,过筛去掉豆皮等杂质;炒锅内放玉米油,加入赤豆蓉翻炒至硬身即成赤豆沙馅;!~,MN(^s6j
4、猪肉糜加酱油、姜粉、盐、胡椒粉、麻油搅打起劲,放上虾仁,即成鲜肉虾仁馅;

1、将皮和馅分成小团,汤圆皮对应相应馅料的比例为:3:7(即皮约是馅料的一半,这样包出的汤团皮薄馅靓);^ bSls1d;D-k1t!u3r
2、馅放入皮中,用手掌托住底部,虎口握皮的边缘,往上慢慢收拢(类似广式月饼的包馅手法),收紧口,揉成圆形;

3、锅内加适量水,烧开后放入汤圆,煮至汤圆浮起,即可食用p.s.记得把吃不完的生汤团放入保鲜盒,冰箱冷冻保存哦
