奶油土豆布丁[7P]

奶油土豆泥的制作:
1:土豆去皮切小块放入微波容器加入少许水,微波5分钟,取出用食物搅拌机搅成泥,放奶锅里加入适量的白糖和淡奶油,加热至白糖溶解即可。

奶油土豆布丁的制作:
奶油土豆泥60克,牛奶200克,淡奶油100克,白糖40克,鱼胶粉8克,水50克,QQ糖少许。
制作:
1:鱼胶粉加50克水浸泡10分钟,隔温水溶解成鱼胶水备用
2:奶油土豆泥加牛奶,白糖,淡奶油混合搅拌均匀,微微加热白糖溶解后倒入鱼胶水混合均匀,倒入布丁容器入冰箱冷藏1-2个小时凝固。
3:QQ糖加少许水微波1-2分至QQ糖溶解成糖水,冷却备用。
4:取出凝固好的布丁,将冷却好的QQ糖水倒入,继续入冰箱冷藏凝固即可。
PS:QQ糖水不能加太多,稍微满过QQ糖的量就行,太多水就凝固不了。
