1. 杀蟹:螃蟹洗干净。壳儿朝下肚儿朝上,一刀从中间切开。去腮后把螃蟹再稍冲洗一下,然后把螃蟹腿的小尖儿都剁掉。最后按自己喜好把螃蟹切成若干份。3C!B[{9xh\ qI
2. 热锅倒油,放入切好的螃蟹翻炒一会。然后加葱、姜、和少许料酒再翻炒一会后倒入酱油、糖、少许陈醋、少许辣椒碎和胡萝卜片。盖上盖子闷8分钟即可,出锅前用水淀粉调一下汁。jFp5BMJx)J
