习惯性在放在快熟的饭上蒸,饭完全熟的时候,排骨也刚好熟了,不老也不怕生。用李锦记蒜蓉豆豉酱蒸,只要把排骨过一下水,然后用酱拌匀,上锅蒸,高压锅10~15分钟就ok了,很简单,很好吃,很入味
