创意绿豆藕片

莲藕(要选肥大的哦),猪肉(点点肥的吧,五花肉咯)、绿豆(买去皮的好哦)、陈皮、姜,蒜、香叶、八角、盐、糖、油、鸡粉#Y\zvOj&DgK

1、猪肉切块(可以切大点哦,我的切片了,妈妈切的),用油、盐、糖、鸡粉、酱油调味;绿豆洗净用水浸泡2少时,沥去水分,加少许盐糖鸡粉调味(也可以不调味);莲藕从节点处切段去皮,然后首尾切一小块(如图,切成看到洞洞即可)。d&EA

2、把绿豆灌进莲藕的洞洞中(555...我的莲藕的洞洞有点小,我基本是绿豆一粒一粒的塞进去的,塞了一个多钟,手酸啊,眼花啊....),用竹签插实!
