香煎糯米鸡翅膀

做法:糯米、去皮绿豆要隔水先泡2小时,再隔水蒸熟;糯米和绿豆要先泡两小时;加上适量的盐和油隔水蒸熟。A$zH/`-h1ess/[

做法:先将鸡中翅的骨去掉;再把去骨的鸡中翅反转;加上调味料(盐、酱油、胡椒粉、糖、酒)腌两小时;再把鸡翅膀返回原来的样子;再把蒸熟的糯米绿豆饭酿进去,千万不能太饱满,太饱满就会露馅了;酿好了,准备开煎(注意不要太大火,鸡翅膀在煎的时候会缩的。火候要把握好,一定要煎熟透。)
